If you experience a loss or have an accident, you would file
a claim. During business hours, please contact your independent
insurance broker.
What if my accident occurs after business hours?
If the accident occurs after business hours, we have established
a 24-hour claims hotline where
you can report the claim.
When will my loss be paid?
At Optimum Insurance Company, we pledge to pay your claim promptly upon
verifying coverages and upon receipt of the proper supporting
documentation. Our goal is to ensure that every policyholder receives
their funds without unnecessary delay. You may have experienced
delays in the payment of your claim with some larger insurance
companies - this is the difference that sets us apart.
Another difference between Optimum Insurance Company and larger insurance
companies is that we still sign each and every loss payment cheque
individually. Despite many of our competitors computer signing
their cheques, we feel strongly that signing each and every cheque
shows our personalized commitment to you, the insured!
